Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the respondent no.2. 3. The present criminal appeal is directed against the order dated 01.05.2023 passed in Complaint Case No. 67 of 2020 by the court of learned Special Judge SC/ST Act -cum-Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa whereby cognizance has been taken against the appellants under Sections 341 & 323 of the IPC and Section 3(1)(g)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act and they have been summoned to appear before the Trial Court. 2026:JHHC:10635 2 Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 28 of 2024 4.
