Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to submit a representation before the respondents with regard to his grievance in respect of impugned transfer order. 2. This Court finds that Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur (for short, 'the Tribunal'), vide order dated 30.01.2026 has already directed the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority. 3. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority in the light of order dated 30.01.2026 passed by the Tribunal.
