Having heard the learned counsel for the patries, Ms. Janhavee Joshi, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to make an application to the Respondent-State for permission to start courses in MA in Marathi and B.Com in Marathi. Accordingly, the leave is granted. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. We keep open the rights and contentions of Petitioner, including the contention that the Petitioner had obtained approval for opening of the Petitioner college from the year 1986-87 onwards and that the same has till date not been withdrawn.
