Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education and Sri K. Raghu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3/AP Samagra Siksha. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to make the payments due to him in respect of the works executed by him vide Agreement No. 21/2024-25 dated 23-01-2025. 3.
When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3/AP Samagra Siksha has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the amounts payable to the petitioner is the CC 1st & Part Bill of Rs. 29,29,123/- and CC 2nd & Final Bill

of Rs.2,37,351/-, totaling a sum of Rs.31,66,733/-, were duly uploaded and submitted through the Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS). The CC First/Part Bill has already been approved by the Pay and Accounts Office, while the CC Second/Final Bill is presently pending scrutiny and approval before the competent authorities. It is further stated that the amounts due to the petitioner would be released through the CFMS immediately upon budgetary sanction is made. 4. Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents to release the amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
