Mr. Suryakant Maithani, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. By the instant petition the petitioners are praying for the following reliefs: “A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Ld. Additional District Judge (Commercial Court), Dehradun, to decide Arbitration Execution No. 51 of 2024, titled “Smt. Gurmeet Kaur and Ors. V. M/s S.A. Builtech & Ors.”, as expeditiously as possible under the facts and circumstances of the case and/or within a definite period of time as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.” 3. As it appears from the relief, the petitioners are praying for expediting the Arbitration Execution Case No. 51 of 2024 ‘Smt. Gurmeet Kaur and Others vs. M/s S.A. Builtech & Others’. Though, normally the execution proceeding should be expedited positively within six months but in the present case the same is pending since 2024. 4. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned Additional District Judge (Commercial Court), Dehradun, to expedite the proceeding of Arbitration Execution Case No. 51 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
