Katkamsandi (now P.S. Katkamdag), District Hazaribag;” 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that several tracts of lands of the petitioner have been acquired, for which Award Nos.62 and 64 were prepared. The petitioner accepted the said amount with protest and also prayed for enhancement of the same, as according to him, the quantum which has been fixed is meagre and he is entitled for much more. The petitioner has approached respondent No.3 by filing an application praying therein to refer the matter to the competent Court of Civil Jurisdiction for adjudication, but the same is still pending before the respondent. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is not necessary to call for the counter affidavit, thus I dispose this writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 – District Land Acquisition Officer, Hazaribag, to refer the matter before the competent Court, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
