Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 25.06.2026 before the respondent, requesting them for uploading of patta in the online portal of the respondent’s website. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of one week and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2026 and dispose of the same, on merits and in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 30055 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost. 9.
