P.P., Assam that the report Page No.# 2/2 from the Uriamghat Police Station is received, wherein it is reported that no case has been registered against the present petitioner, after making an inquiry on the basis of the GD Entry No.16, dated 20.04.2026, as the civil dispute is going between the parties. The report received from the concerned police station be kept as a part of the record. In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of. However, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum in the event of registering any case against him. The interim protections, provided vide order dated 29.04.2026 stands recalled.
