The present writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the proposed action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in trying to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law. 2. This Court, vide order dated 31.03.2015, granted status quo to be maintained and the petitioner shall not make any further construction. Thereafter, the present writ petition is listed today. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition can be disposed off in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 31.03.2015 by directing the respondents not to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law, subject to respondents not having taken any action against the said construction prior to passing of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
