[2026:RJ-JP:8836-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-53/2026] Pursuant to order of this Court, Mr. Rajveer Singh- the Station House Officer, Police Station Wazirpur, District Sawai Madhopur and Ms. Kamlesh, Mahila Constable (1157), Police Station Wazirpur, District Sawai Madhopur have produced the missing girl-Ms. “N. @ P.” before us. Indisputably, she is minor. On interaction, she stated that she had gone out of home on her own and was not in illegal detention by anybody. She further stated that she wants to go back with her parents who are present in the Court. Since, it is not a case of illegal detention, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police authorities to hand her over to her parents who are present in the Court and ensure her safe return to her parental home.
