The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though petitioners had obtained anticipatory bail on 15.06.2026, they are daily wage earners and were not in a position to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-. Hence, they have filed the present application seeking modification of the condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has objected to the said contention and stated that petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, though learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has objected, while looking into the factual position, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 12794 of 2026 dated 15.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties each before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Panruti,” is modified to the effect that “ the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Panruti,”.
