Indisputably, she is minor. On interaction, she stated that she was not in illegal detention but, wants to go with her parents- present in Court. In view thereof, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of in following terms: (1) The police authorities are directed to let her go with her parents and to ensure her safe return to her parental home.
