Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned promotion order dated 30.04.2025 whereby PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 the private respondents, who are juniors to the petitioner, have been promoted to the post of Principal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the erroneous state level gradation list dated 25.11.2024 insofar as it records the petitioner’s date of service from 2010 and places her at Serial No. 3705. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to redraw and rectify the State level gradation list of Lecturer L.B. (T-cadre) by counting the petitioners seniority from her initial date of appointment, w.e.f. 16.07.1998 and to place the petitioner at her correct position in the gradation list after affording due opportunity to the concerned parties. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of principal w.e.f. 30.04.2025 ie., on the basis of his corrected seniority from 16.07.1998 and to grant her promotion with all consequential service and financial benefits. 10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass such further orders or directions as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that as the petitioner has already submitted representation before Respondents No. 3 & 4 vide Annexure P-15 dated 16.06.2025 and 12.11.2025 raising her grievance, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authorities to take decision on representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the 3 / 3 case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before Respondents No. 3 & 4 raising her grievance and in the event petitioner submits such a representation, Respondents No. 3 & 4 shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner along with pending representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5.
