At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that substantial amount was released by the Respondent-Authorities, but some amount is still due and yet to be released. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to the Writ Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, in the event of any delay in the release of the amounts due and payable to him. 2.
