That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No.0124/2021 dated 18/09/2021 registered at Police Station Pankhajur registered for commission of offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC against the petitioner. ii. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for non-compliance of the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by this Court in CRMP No. 2430 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
