I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. However, at the same time, the negligence that has been explained needs to be addressed by putting the petitioner on terms. 3. Accordingly, CMP No.19638 of 2026 is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the Madras High Court Advocates’ Clerks Association within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
