The present acquittal appeal has been filed against the Judgment dated 23.11.2024, passed in Sessions Trial No.353 of 2022, arising out Mandar P.S Case No.109 of 2019, corresponding to G.R No.209 of 2020 by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVII, Ranchi whereby and whereunder the learned trial court has acquitted the respondent Nos.2 and 3 for the charge under Sections 307/34, 341, 323/34, 324/34, 448, 504/34 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present acquittal appeal with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection. 4. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the present acquittal appeal is hereby, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
