The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner’s representation will be considered in accordance with law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 06.02.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
