The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit no. 589 of 2024 from the Court of learned Fast Track, 2nd Court, Howrah to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. 2. On hearing the learned counsels for both parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Matrimonial Suit has been filed in the Howrah Court, by the wife/petitioner herein. 2 2 3. The petitioner/wife herein resides at Kasba, Kolkata along with her child, who studies in Class XI. 4. It is submitted that a suit for divorce being MAT 909 of 2024 filed by the husband/opposite party is pending before the said Court at Alipore and as such it is prayed that both the suits be heard together by the same Court. 5. Thus on consent of the parties, Matrimonial Suit No. 589 of 2024 be withdrawn from the Court of learned Fast Track, 2nd Court, Howrah and be transferred to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. 6. Learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas shall proceed with the two suits in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 7. Keeping in mind the case of the parties herein, the learned District Judge shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if the parties make such prayer. 8. CO 2999 of 2024 is disposed of. 9. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 3 3 10. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
