The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the offences has been mentioned as “Sections 87 and 137(2) of BNS 2023 (under section 366 and 363 of IPC) in Crime No.291 of 2025” instead of mentioning it as Sections 87, 137(2) & 49 of BNS 2023 and Section 5(l) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 r/w. Section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006. Hence, he prayed for amendment in the petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for the amendment. 4.
