No.810/E2/2024, dated 30-03-2024, issued by 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, biased, unconstitutional against the principles of natural justice, violative of petitioner right guaranteed under Articles 14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Multi-Purpose Health Assistant (Female) till and LR dept G.0 Ms. 15 Dt.31-01-2022 and to pass such other orders. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the impugned orders issued by Respondent No.2 vide R.C.No.810/E2/2024, dated 30.03.2024 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. With passage of time, the Petitioner had crossed the age of 62 years and in view of the same, the Writ Petition has rendered infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. 4. No order as to costs. 5. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ NYAPATHY VIJAY, J
