1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and a final report has been forwarded in favour of the petitioner on
28.12.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact but states that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it.
4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same.
