This petition has been filed to condone a delay of 92 days in preferring the accompanying Criminal Revision Petition challenging the impugned order dated 09.12.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1239 of 2025 in C.C.No.19 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrare, Kangeyam. 2. Notice was issued by this Court, vide order dated 25.06.2026. As per the Registry's report dated 15.07.2026, notice has been duly served on the second and third respondents. However, there is no representation either on behalf of the second and third respondents or the respondents counsels’. Thus, it appears that the second and third respondents have nothing to argue in this matter. 3. Mr.M.Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent has also not filed counter affidavit. 4. Considering the sufficient reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition on hand, and the respondents have nothing to submit in this matter, the delay of 92 days in preferring the accompanying Criminal Revision Petition challenging the impugned order dated 09.12.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1239 of 2025 in C.C.No.19 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrare, Kangeyam. is condoned. 5. Thus, the petition is ordered. 6.
