Petitioners has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to consider the representation and further proceed with the recruitment process and consider eligible candidates for appointment in remaining vacancy, in the interest of justice. 10.2. Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted. ” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that at this stage, the petitioners are not pressing this writ petition on merit and seeking only direction to respondent No.1 & 2 to consider and to take decision on the representation dated 29.01.2026 at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to consider and take decision on the representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner that out of 50 post advertised 21 posts only have been filled up and remaining posts are lying vacant and 3 the petitioners have submitted a representation seeking a direction to initiate a counseling proceeding for filling up of the remaining vacant posts. I find appropriate to dispose of this case at this stage directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law, expeditiously within further period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
