ORDER The above petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to forthwith pay the petitioners salary and all attendant monetary benefits from August 2025 till date together with interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum for the delayed payments, pending disposal of the writ petition.
2. The petitioner has filed the above petition contending that her salary has been withheld from August 2025 without any order of suspension, issuance of a charge memo, or initiation of disciplinary proceedings against her.
3. It is needless to state that once the petitioner has discharged her duties, she is entitled to receive her salary. Therefore, if the salary has not been paid to the petitioner for the aforesaid period, the same shall be paid within a period of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
