Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records. 3. The reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the exorbitant delay of 2230 days are far from satisfactory. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
