HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 15/04/2026 1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S., arising out of F.I.R. No.0182/2025 registered with the Police Station Shahajahanpur, District Kotputli-Behror, for offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1) and 189(2) B.N.S., 2023. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the complainant as well as the learned counsel for the injured. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the motivation of the elders, the parties have settled the dispute and have entered into compromise. 5. The learned counsels appearing for the complainant as well as the injured, also verify the fact of compromise in between the parties. 6. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the fact that the parties have entered into compromise and the petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2026, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 7. This bail application is, accordingly, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter be transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
