JUDGMENT:
When the matter was listed on 14.07.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel for the respondents was present.
2. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption “For Dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.
Learned counsel for the respondents alone is present. It seems that the appellants are not inclined to prosecute the appeal suit.
3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
