2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the petitioners and the defacto complainant’s brother, there was a wordy altercation, which escalated into violence, as a result of which, the petitioner along with other accused assaulted the defacto complainant’s brother and caused injuries. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence and a false case has been foisted against the petitioners. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays for the grant of anticipatory bail. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) opposed the anticipatory bail application by reiterating the prosecution case and submitted that the injured died in the hospital and that the investigation is pending. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
