Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 4(b) in Crl.O.P No.13921 of 2026 vide order dated 29.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. 4.
