Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.0081 of 2026 under Section 3, 5, 6, 11(1) & 11(2) of The Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, P.S. I.T.I., District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He submits that co-accused persons Haji Subham and Naeem Ali have been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 22.04.2026 and 23.04.2026 and on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be released on bail. 5. Learned State Counsel has strongly opposed the bail. However he admits the fact of parity. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Shadab Ali be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
