These bail applications have been filed by the accused petitioners u/S 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 49/2026 [2026:RJ-JP:16054] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-3839/2026] registered at Police Station Beawar Sadar, District Beawar for offence u/S 8/21 of the NDPS Act and Section 112(2) of the BNS. 2. Heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the challan-papers. 3. The allegation against the accused-petitioners is that they used to purchase the narcotic drug from the co-accused Jawan Singh, from whose possession the alleged contraband i.e. smack weighing 27.77 gm. is said to have been recovered. The co- accused-Jawan Singh is ordered to he released on bail by a separate order. After completion of investigation, the police has submitted charge-sheet in the matter and the accused-petitioners are in custody since 22.02.2026. All the three accused-petitioners are women. 4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case so also the allegations against the accused petitioners and the fact that the co-accused-Jawan Singh from whose possession the alleged contraband has been recovered, has been ordered to be released on bail and no contraband has been recovered from the present accused-petitioners, this Court deems just and proper to enlarge the accused petitioners on bail. 5. Accordingly, these bail applications are allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided that they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only)(each), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the [2026:RJ-JP:16054] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-3839/2026] matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 6.
