The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking a direction to the Registry of this Court to remit the records of Sessions Trial No. 135/2025, tagged in CRA No. 2217/2025 (Manish Dosi Vs. State of Chhattisgarh). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was acquitted of all charges in Sessions Trial No. 135/2025 on 25th September, 2025, by the First Additional Sessions Judge, Durg and the petitioner has filed an application to unfreeze the bank accounts of petitioner and his family members but the records of the trial Court pertaining to Sessions Trial No. 135/2025 is tagged with CRA 2217/2025 which is pending before this Court and therefore, his application has not been decided by the trial Court in absence of the said records. In that view of the matter, the Registry is directed to send the records of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge in S.T.
