For Petitioner(s): Mr.S.Sathia Chandran For Respondent(s): Ms.Inthu Karunakaran Government’s Counsel https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 29169 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to enter the petitioner’s name as Pattadar in the Taluk and Village Accounts in respect of her 1 cent of land comprised in Survey No.152/1 land piece N0.3 in Ammampalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District based on the petitioner’s representation dated 13.6.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 13.6.2026 seeking to enter the petitioner’s name as Pattadar in the Taluk and Village Accounts in respect of her 1 cent of land comprised in Survey No.152/1 land piece No.3 in Ammampalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents.
