Learned counsel for the petitioners submit unanimously at bar that the present writ petitions involve the same issue as involved in Writ Petition (M/B) No. 155 of 2026, Sukh Dev Singh & Others vs. State of Uttarakhand & Others, which has been disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order 13.03.2026, whereby the petitioners in that writ petition were directed to approach the Prescribed Authority/SDM
2026:UHC:4121 2 under Section 25 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

I have perused the order dated 13.03.2026 supplied by Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, both the writ petitions stand dismissed.
