The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a limited prayer that the Court of District Collector, Dholpur, be directed to proceed expeditiously and dispose the Case No.128/2012 (06/22), titled as ‘Rekha Agrawal Vs. NHAI’. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners for determination of compensation is pending since long with the concerned authority i.e. the District Collector, Dholpur. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the issue pending before the Court Below, the Court feels that the ends of justice would meet, if the directions are issued to the District Collector, Dholpur, to proceed with the case of the petitioners expeditiously and dispose the same at the earliest. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the District Collector, Dholpur, to proceed with the case of the petitioners expeditiously and dispose the same as early as possible and preferably within a period of four months’ from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order. 6.
