Mr. Debangshu Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sahasrangshu Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the respondent Union of India, are present. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is Group D employee and assails the impugned order dated 16.12.2019 with some amount of delay. However, the delay is occurred for the reasons mentioned in para 27 of the petition. The other side did not raise any serious objection. 3. We are satisfied with the cause shown and accordingly, the delay in filing the petition is ignored. The matter is heard finally by consent of the parties. 4. The judgment is dictated separately.
