The peculiar facts of the case that the petitioner would lose his admission to M.Tech course. He is not in a position to submit the validity certificate showing that he belongs to a Scheduled Tribe. It is submitted that, though the common vigilance cell’s report is received on 08.06.2026, the same is accepted only in case of his real brother and not in the case of petitioner. The learned A.G.P. on specific instructions from the committee makes a statement that hearing would be given to the petitioner on 04.09.2026 and the judgment would be delivered at the most by afternoon on 05.09.2026. 4. By accepting this statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Though certain earlier orders are pointed out to this Court, this Court for the present would not go into the same.
