ORDER This criminal original petition seeks a speedy trial and disposal of C.C.No.18 of 2022.
2. Considering the nature of relief, the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent police was heard.
3. The following factors are considered: a) This is a case of the year 2022 and is at the stage of trial yet to commence. b) There are 9 witnesses to be examined in this case.
4. Considering all the above, the petitioners and the prosecution are
