Mr.Chinnaiah, s/o.Karuppan, Mr.Ganesamurugan s/o.Palani and Mr.Subramanian s/o. Kuppusamy are suo motu impleaded as respondents 5, 6 and 7 respectively. The Tahsildar, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District is suo motu impleaded as 8th respondent. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 7 together appeared before this Court and submitted that they have arrived at a consensus and amicably they are willing to conduct the temple festival as per the guidance of the 8th respondent. 4. The 8th respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 7 and conduct peace committee. He is further directed to choose three persons, namely Palanisamy s/o.Vairavan (petitioner herein), Mr.Arumugam s/o.Mayandi and Mr.Malaisamy s/o.Arumugam from the petitioner faction and private respondents and they would be a part and parcel of the Temple Festival Committee. They shall be permitted to together organize the temple festival, which is scheduled to be held on 03.08.2026 to 05.08.2026. The said exercise shall be concluded by the 8th respondent by 02.08.2026. The 3rd respondent police is directed to provide necessary police protections on payment of necessary charges in terms of G.O(Ms)No.139, Home (Pol-VIII) Department, dated 04.03.2019. 6.
