No.4213 of 2026 ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to take necessary action, with regard to the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2026. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had made a representation on 15.06.2026, seeking fair investigation in Crime No.624 of 2024, where the petitioner is the defacto complainant. Even after a lapse of two years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the petitioner had made a detailed representation before the first respondent seeking fair investigation. However, the same is not considered, hence this writ petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that already the investigation is over and charge sheet has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichirappalli, through e-filing in LTN20230000217D202602778 dated 29.07.2026. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP CRL.(MD). However, this Court is of the considered view that the filing of the charge sheet through e-filing by the respondent police, cannot be accepted and the respondent police is directed to take necessary steps to file the same properly and get it to the file. 5.
