Without delving into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the learned Additional District Magistrate, Jhunjhunu to decide the said appeals along with stay application(s) after granting due opportunity of hearing to the parties by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to say that this order is only to decide the said appeals along with stay application(s) and in no manner is to be construed as a direction to decide the said appeals and stay application(s) in any particular manner.
