Side) ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8585 of 2025 in Crl.A. No.14954 of 2026 was directed to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 148 days, by reporting before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. 3. Since the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 148 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 8585 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.726 of 2025 dated 17.02.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. 4.
