(MD)No.1208 of 2025, this Court, by order dated 20.11.2025, modified the conditions to the effect that the petitioner should produce the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 63 BB 6665 before the learned Special Court for Exclusive trail cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Sivagangai once in an alternative month ie., on the first working day of alternative month commencing from December 2025 until further orders. 3.The petitioner has now filed the present petition seeking modification of the above said condition, stating that he is 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL.MP.(MD)No.15303 of 2026 working at Chennai and has to travel a distance of 916 kilometres to comply with the said condition, and that, therefore, he is facing financial hardship. 4.The said condition was imposed only to ensure the availability of the vehicle during the pendency of the trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
