This is an application filed under Section 438 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for release of the applicant during the pendency of the connected Criminal Revision Petition No. 459/2025, wherein he has impugned the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Lakhimpur, in Special POCSO Case No. 143/2025. Notice was issued in the instant application on 10.11.2025. The connected criminal revision petition has been finally heard, and the judgment and order has been delivered on 15.05.2026. Upon consideration of the materials available in the Trial Court Record and having found prima facie sufficient incriminating materials against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant at this stage. In view of the above, the instant I.A.(Crl.) filed in the connected Criminal Revision Petition No.459/2025 is dismissed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
