Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed being non-compliance of peremptory order, as the petitioner could not remove the defect(s) within the time granted by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that one of the defect raised by the Office of this Court was that the [2026:RJ-JP:7721] (2 of 2) [WRES-646/2025] writ petition was not maintainable and such defect(s) could not have been removed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has got instructions to file fresh petition with proper prayers. 4. In view of above, S.B.
