According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, the 4th respondent is not available in the said address and he also produced a Certificate to that effect issued by the Village Administrative Officer. 3.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Court with the correct address of the 4th respondent.
