Civil Writ Petition No.9399/2023 was decided on 05.01.2024 in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of “Union of India versus Ganpati Dealcom (P.) Ltd.” Counsel further submits that the review petition in the matter of Union of India [2026:RJ-JP:16046-DB] (2 of 2) [WRW-28/2025] (supra) has been allowed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 18.10.2024 and the original order has been recalled. In that view of the matter, this review petition is allowed and the order dated 05.01.2024 is recalled. D. B. Civil Writ Petition No.9399/2023 is restored to its original number.
