It is submitted by Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has already been charge-sheeted vide Charge-sheet No. 67/2026, dated 31.03.2026. 3. As the case has already been charge-sheeted, the accused-petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned trial Court with a regular bail application, which may be considered in accordance with law. 4. However, interim protection granted to the petitioner shall be extended till 15 days from today and before then, the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court. 5.
