Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on account of the fact that the experience certificate possessed by the petitioner is not being considered in accordance with judgments earlier delivered by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court duly confirmed by the Division Bench, the petitioner could not be appointed on the post of Lab Assistant. Learned counsel submits
[2026:RJ-JP:10694] (2 of 2) [CW-4570/2026] that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he may be granted liberty to submit a representation before the respondents for redressal of their grievances.

In the light of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation highlighting his grievances along with all the documents/judgments, if any, and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
